Step 1
Roughly chop the dark chocolate.
Step 2
Empty the cherry clafoutis into a bowl and whisk.
Step 3
Add the yoghurts and chocolate to the mixture, and blend quickly using a spatula.
Add a spoonful of sugar if you wish (optional).
Step 4
Pour the mixture into the ice cream moulds, and add a stick to each. Place in the freezer for 3 hours before enjoying them !
Tip
Serve with a few cherries !
