tarte tatin
Caramelised apples

Where to find

Marie Morin reinvents the tarte Tatin with a nod to Breton tradition.

In this generous dessert, a tender half-apple, coated in salted butter caramel, rests delicately on a Breton shortbread biscuit. A true treat for the taste buds, made without gelling agents or preservatives.

The ingredients are carefully selected: French apples from High Environmental Value orchards, Guérande salted caramel, and free-range eggs from hens raised near the family workshop in the Côtes d’Armor.

  • french-origin apple
  • 76% caramelized apples
  • salted butter caramel with guérande salt
  • britany shortbread galette
