Marie Morin’s crème brûlée is made using Bleu Blanc Coeur crème fraîche from the farm, organic milk collected less than 100 km away, free-range eggs and sugar. For the perfect finishing touch, caramelise the packet of sugar on the top for a golden crust. Dig into a crunchy and creamy crème brûlée, for a delicious dessert that tastes home-made.
Sprinkle the caramel flakes all over your dessert, and put it under your pre-heated oven grill so the surface turns golden brown. Leave to cool so you get a thin crunchy layer on top and enjoy!
