Marie Morin revealed a recipe free of stabilisers and preservatives, with ingredients selected for their unrivalled flavours: the chocolate cream is prepared using milk from the farm and Bleu Blanc Cœur crème fraîche from the farm.

The dessert’s creaminess and generosity reveal the sweetness of the milk chocolate. As for the whipped cream, it is simply made using thick crème fraîche and a dash of mascarpone for an even more gourmet touch. A comforting dessert that takes you back to your childhood at every delectable mouthful !
